General Returns

Items for return or exchange must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase

Refunds are subject to the following conditions: 

• Customers must retain and provide a copy of any relevant receipt

• The product must be unused, with their original tags and packaging.

• Custom made items are non-returnable unless faulty

• Silverbirch Canoes reserve the right to refuse a return under the Sales of Goods Act or to require further proof of identity

Please note that customers are responsible for any return carriage. 

Where customers are requiring an exchange by post, The Company will charge the postage & packing costs of sending the replacement.
