Obtaining Warranty Service

If you are unfortunate enough to have a problem with your canoe and you suspect that it may be due to defective materials or workmanship, contact the Silverbirch Dealer where you bought your canoe and arrange to have the problem inspected.  The customer is responsible for the cost of delivery to, and pickup from, the point of purchase.

If the Silverbirch authorised dealer inspects the canoe and believes there is a defect that is due to materials or workmanship, Silverbirch will arrange to have the canoe returned to Factory or make a site visit to fully evaluate and test the fault. In the event that the fault is deemed of warrantable nature your Silverbirch canoe will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion free of charge and be returned back to your point of sale.

Silverbirch reserves right to replace original canoes or equipment with comparable current products or full refund of purchase price.
